Spanish Class Rules
Responsabilidad
•
• Arrive to class on time. If you arrive late, without a pass from the office or
another teacher, you will receive a writing assignment.
• Come to class prepared with all needed materials (i.e. book, notebook, writing instrument, homework, projects, laptops with necessary chargers). You will not be allowed to leave the classroom to retrieve forgotten items after prayer. No leaving books under desk in classroom.
• When the bell has rung you must be in/next to your assigned seat ready for prayer.
• You will be excused to the restroom only in an emergency.
• You are only to be working on Spanish during this class. If you are caught
doing assignments for other classes, it will be taken away and given to the
appropriate teacher.
• Cheating is not tolerated, an automatic zero will be earned. This includes
use of online translators, copying another's work, or copying anything form the internet.
• No food or drink in class.
• No cell phones, ipods, mp3 players, or any other electronic devices
are permitted in class unless authorized by teacher. They will be confiscated and
turned into the office. No purses on desks.
Respeto “Love your neighbor as yourself”
• We will all treat one another with respect. Bullying, or rude/inappropriate
comments will not be tolerated.
• When I or another classmate is speaking, you should be paying full attention.
• Do not touch belongings of other students or myself (especially my desk).
Realizaciones
• Stay positive and have fun! Learning is easiest when you have an open mind.
• I am here to help you, so never hesitate to ask questions or come for help!
The more you try, the more you will be able to achieve. I am always available
during Homeroom, period 4, and period 7.
*Failure to comply with the class rules may result in writing assignments, detention,
or loss of participation points. If a writing assignment is not handed in by the same
period the next school day, a detention is given. After three writing assignments in
one week, a detention is given. This includes rules in the school handbook (click to see).
